YOUR RENTAL COMES WITH A FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED TEAM AND PRODUCTS TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE, PRODUCTS AND ENSURE SAFETY. AFTER REACHING OUT TO US YOU WILL BE MATCHED WITH A PARTY COORDINATOR THAT WILL HELP YOU PLAN AND EXECUTE YOUR PERFECT PARTY RENTAL. ON THE DAY OF YOUR RENTAL YOU WILL RECEIVE UPDATES ON YOUR DELIVERY AND ON ARRIVAL THEY WILL GREET YOU AND ENSURE EVERYTHING IS SET UP PERFECTLY. OUR RENTALS ARE PAIRED WITH COMPLIMENTARY SHOE RACKS AND AN AESTHETICALLY PLEASING BASE TO MAKE SURE EACH PEICE IS PHOTO FLAWLESS. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO LIFT A FINGER AS OUR TEAM PREPARES THE AREA, INSTALLS THE EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDES FULL CLEAN UP OF YOUR RENTAL. Rules will be placed on a stand beside your rental to promote safety of your guests. Rules include: No shoes, food/drink, candy/sweets/gum, sharp objects, pets, face paint, dyes, confetti, silly string or glitter.
All products are cleaned and sanitized after every use to make sure you are receiving the best quality rental!

Yes! You can add a beautiful balloon garland as an add on to your rental. Your party coordinator will help your party vision come to life! If you would like to hang your own balloon garland please do not use any adhesive as it can damage the bounce material. We recommend using elastic string or another non-adhesive method to secure your balloon garland to your rental.
Your rental must be placed on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt or indoor flooring. We cannot place the rental on rough surfaces such as gravel or dirt. Inflatable rentals must be placed within 100 feet of a power source to operate.
Please check dimensions of the rental you are interested in and make sure you can accommodate the size. If your rental is being placed outside please make sure the area is clear of any hazards or debris.
Ability to set up rentals may vary by location. Please check with your location prior to booking. We are fully permitted and insured to operate and can provide documentation to the location. If the location does not have a power source we can provide a generator at an additional cost.
We are fully licensed and insured to operate in the state of North Carolina.
In the event of rain, excessive winds, thunder or lightening storms we cannot set up your rental outdoors due to safety. If bad weather occurs on the day of your party, we will do our best to keep the fun going indoors. If the rental is not compatible indoors or you wish to cancel, you are able to reschedule for a future day within 365 days. If during your rental unexpected bad weather occurs, please exit and cut off the power to the unit. No refunds will be issued after delivery of your rental.
Our rules are posted to help prevent a safe experience for both your guests and the rentals. If rules were not followed and the rental is damaged, additional costs may be required to repair or replace the rental.
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your rental, 75% of payment is refundable with 30 days or more notice. For cancellations made 29-2 days prior to rental, 50% of payment is refundable. For cancellations within 48 hours of your rental, refunds will not be issued. If you need to reschedule your event, we are happy to reschedule prior to 14 days before rental. You may reschedule your rental within 365 calendar days from date of event.
Yes! Your safety is our priority. All of our employees are carefully selected, extensively trained and background checked prior to joining the team.
